• Check the WiFi range where you placed the Smile. When your smartphone indicates that there is a WiFi range of at least 2 reception lines, you can assume that this is sufficient.
  • Do you have enough range? It is possible that the Smile will not immediately find your WiFi network. In this case, press “Scan” again until the Wi-Fi network is found. Select the Wi-Fi network, enter the password of this network and save the network settings. Wait for the Smile to reboot.
  • If your router uses wifi channel 13, your network will not be found. Set your router to use a different channel.
