Open connect.plugwise.net in the browser, log in with the ID and make sure your smartphone, tablet or computer is connected to the same network you connected Adam to.Select from the menu Settings> Heating system> Boiler and look under Boiler protocol. Click on the Check button behind the boiler protocol. Adam checks the boiler protocol again.
Is the boiler protocol still not correct? Check where the wires in the boiler are connected to and whether any adjustments in the boiler are needed. For example, it can happen that the boiler supports OpenTherm, but the thermostat is connected to the on / off connection in the boiler.
