There are several possible causes for a zone to become too hot:

  • If the Plugwise control has just been switched on, it still has to get to know the house. Adam will then keep track of how hard your house is heating up and will learn this. After a few days, Adam knows how to get the house up to temperature as efficiently as possible.
  • With underfloor heating it can happen that all loops first run through the same zone, such as the kitchen. If there are other zones that have a heat demand, the kitchen will always heat up.
  • An installation error has been made with one or more modules in the wrong zone. It is possible that underfloor heating loops are not properly labeled or that Lisa has been moved to another room. The wrong zone will then heat up.
