Tom also measures the temperature. So you can install a zone with only a Tom and no Lisa. However, because Tom is close to a radiator that gives off a lot of heat, the measured temperature is not representative of the average room temperature. Especially when there is a curtain in front of Tom, the measured temperature is a lot more inaccurate. A room with only a Tom can therefore deviate from the desired temperature
