Plugwise

If you are unable to add a module to Adam, you can try one of the following:

• Try registering the module closer to the Adam. If you register a module, it cannot yet come to Adam via other routers (USB or mains powered modules).
• Maybe you have put all modules on batteries so that no module is a Zigbee router. In that case, the Zigbee stick in the Adam can make contact with a maximum of 6 modules.
  • Go via the app or web interface (connect.plugwise.net) via the menu to Layout> Devices> The module you want to remove
  • Click Delete and then Delete from network
  • Then add the module back to the network while it is powered by USB.
