The black pusher of the Tom and Floor can fall off if it moves while Tom/Floor is not mounted on a radiator or underfloor heating.

Put the black pusher back in the following way:

Place the pusher on the Tom/Floor and keep pressing it.
Press the button for 15 seconds, the calibration will start.
You will first feel a few clicks, then the pusher is retracted. Is the pusher not retracted? Then press the button again for 15 seconds.
When the pusher is fully retracted, remove the power.
