It can sometimes happen that the Plugwise Home app does not have access to the local network.


  1. Open the iPhone or iPad Settings.
  2. Scroll all the way down until you see the Plugwise Home app and click on it.
  3. You will then see Local network. If this access is off, click on it to turn it on. Is this access already enabled? Then turn the access off and on again.
  4. Open the Plugwise Home app. Make sure you are connected to the same WiFi network as the gateway (Anna, Adam or Smile P1)
  5. Now add the Gateway to the app.
