If you are unable to add a module to Adam, you can try one of the following:

•  Try registering the module closer to the Adam. If you register a module, it cannot yet come to Adam via other routers (USB or mains powered modules).
• Maybe you have put all modules on batteries so that no module is a Zigbee router. In that case, the Zigbee stick in the Adam can make contact with a maximum of 6 modules.
  • Go to the web interface via connect.plugwise.net or in the app to Settings> HTML interface (only if you are on the same WiFi network).
  • Go to Menu> Layout> Location> The module you want to delete
  • Click on 'Remove' and then 'Remove from network'
  • Then add the module back to the network while it is powered by USB.
