In order to provide you with the best possible service, you can temporarily open the helpdesk connection on Adam. A Plugwise helpdesk employee can then immediately look with you on Adam to investigate the problem. Press the black button on the gateway 12 times in quick succession (about 2x per second). Then open a new support ticket to let us know how we can help you.
