The tap water comfort setting is on on the boiler. Then the boiler keeps the water warm to be able to supply hot water at any time. To save money and energy you can turn this off on the boiler. With some boilers you can also set this via Adam.
- In the app or web interface (connect.plugwise.net), go to Settings> Heating system> Heating> Advanced settings via the menu and uncheck the box for DHW comfort mode and click Save.
- Some boilers do not support that the DHW comfort setting is set via the Adam. Then follow the manual of the boiler or heat pump on how to turn off the tap water comfort setting.
