You have probably put all modules on batteries, so that no module is a router. In that case, the Zigbee stick in the Adam can make contact with a maximum of 6 modules.

Via the app or web interface (connect.plugwise.net), go through the menu to Layout> Devices> The module you want to remove
Click Delete and then Delete from network.
Then add the module back to the network while it is powered by USB.

Tip: Choose to connect a Tom to USB, because it lasts less on batteries than Lisa.
