The icon of no connection is sometimes displayed incorrectly. You can use the app to check whether Lisa still responds to a set temperature change. To remove the icon, you can press the join button on the back or disconnect the power. The icon will disappear in most cases. Does the icon remain? Then there is no range. Place Lisa in a different location in the room or make sure that more modules are set up as a router.
