In order to provide you with the best possible service, you can temporarily open the helpdesk connection on the Smile P1. A Plugwise helpdesk employee can then immediately watch the Smile P1 with you to investigate the problem. Press the black button on the Smile P1 3 times in quick succession. This will open the connection for 24 hours. Repeat this twice so that you open the connection for 36 hours. Contact the helpdesk in advance so that they know that you are opening the connection.
