Have you moved or do you have a new smart meter? Then you may want to delete all data from the Smile P1, a database reset. All data, including graphs, rates and connected apps, are irreversibly deleted. This way you start all over again without any old graphs from your previous home or old smart meter.
Does the app not work? Then do not do a reset!
If the app does not work, a database reset never helps. Check whether your Smile P1 has internet and add it to the app again. Does it still not work? Then contact the helpdesk. A database reset never helps with problems with the app.
Please note, this is at your own risk! If you do not want graphs to be deleted, do not do a reset.
You can completely reset the Smile P1 database, and irreversibly delete all graphs, by holding down the black button for 15 seconds. The network settings are not deleted.
