Open in the browser, log in with the ID and make sure that your smartphone, tablet or computer is connected to the same network that you connected the Smile to. Select “Settings”> “Heating settings” via the menu and look under “Heating protocol”. Click on the “Check” button behind the CV protocol. The Smile checks the CV protocol again.

Is the CV protocol still incorrect? Check where the wires in the boiler are connected to and whether any adjustments in the boiler are needed. For example, it may happen that the boiler supports OpenTherm, but the thermostat is connected to the on / off connection in the boiler.
