When the Smile can no longer communicate with Anna, the screen will turn red and display the text “Smile not found”. This can occur when the cable between Anna and the Smile is loose or has interference. Check the cable connection between Anna and the Smile and try to restart the Smile by switching it off and on. If this does not solve the problem, please contact the helpdesk.
When Anna has lost the Smile, Anna is still working, but she can no longer do everything. You cannot reach Anna via the App or HTML interface. You can only move Anna higher and lower via Anna herself.
