If the Anna is not yet connected to the internet, a temporary smile_xxxxxx WiFi network is visible. The exact name of the smile_xxxxxx network can be found on the back of the Smile-T, the square white box by the boiler. You can then continue with the installation.
Do you see smile_lan as WiFi network name? Or do you see smile_lan as a device in your network router? Then the Smile-T is defective. Click New Support Ticket at the top of the page to contact us. Then we can help to repair the Smile-T.
