1. Cool feature
To be able to cool with the Loria / Thermastage heat pump, you need the Cooling feature.
First check if you already have it:
- Click top left to menu
- Go to Settings > System > System
- Click on the blue information icon to the right of the ID
- In the screen with active features you will see Cooling

2. Set up Loria / Thermastage
The parameters on the Loria / Thermastage must be set correctly in order to be able to cool. Go to the parameters by pressing and holding the button with the wrench on the Loria / Thermastage for 5 seconds.
Check whether the following parameters are set as follows:
Parameter 6 - general cooling authorization : 1 (allow)
Parameter 34 (if present) : 1 (allow)
Parameter 40 - cooling permission (circuit 1) : 1 (allow)

3. Put Anna in cooling mode
Your Anna has the cooling feature and the Loria / Thermastage is set to allow cooling. Your system is then completely ready to start cooling. To start cooling, you must first put the Anna into cooling mode. You can put Anna in cooling mode in two ways:
Option 1 - Touch the top of the Anna display for 5 seconds.
Option 2 - Open the app or web page via connect.plugwise.net. Go to menu > settings > heating system > Loria / Thermastage. You will see the text Cooling with a button. Press the button behind Cooling to turn on Cooling mode.
On the main screen you will see cooling mode.
4. Anna is cooling
Set the set temperature lower than the measured temperature. Then there will be cooled.
