Install Anna
When you install Anna for the first time, Anna is in registration mode. Only when Anna is in registration mode you will see Anna's network that starts with "smile_".
Check whether your smartphone or tablet is connected to the Smile's network (which starts with “smile_”). This is necessary to be able to connect to the HTML interface. Connect to the Smile's network. When you have saved the Smile's ID automatically, delete it, and fill in the 8 consonants again.
Anna is already installed
If you have already installed Anna, the smile network is no longer visible. You can then reach Anna with the Plugwise Home app or via connect.plugwise.net .
