Plugwise

Note the following points to be able to add Anna in the Plugwise Home app:

• Make sure you are connected to the same network as Anna. Only then can you add Anna in the Plugwise Home app.
• Make sure Anna is connected to the internet. See how to connect Anna to the internet on this page: How do I connect Anna to the internet?
• Did you order your Anna via NLE or ENI/Eneco? First look at these pages to transfer your Anna to Plugwise:
